Our Client:

Our client is part of a recognizable MNC Corporation in the engineering sector.

The Role:

As the Aftermarket Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership oversight for the service department performance, including managing people, processes and the necessary resources to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability.

The Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage and hold accountable service technicians, engineers and support staff
* Build and promote team growth; coaches and develops
* Ensure performance goals are set and achieved
* Evaluate performance and provide feedback
* Maximize operating efficiencies and productivity
* Oversee and direct after hours emergency service schedules/support
* Exceptional customer focus, service and satisfaction
* Analyzes office operations, procedures and practices as to work flow, schedules and other related activities
* Contributes to creation & execution/achievement of annual business plan in alignment w/company goals & objectives
* Assists in the development and implementation of formal processes while enforcing all company policies and procedures
* Develops and monitors work flows, reviews work processes and ensures high quality service delivery, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to achieve world class customer service while maximizing profitability
* Maintains complete inventory control and ensures accuracy for both internal and external customer delivery
* Ensures Operations compliance with all company, local guidelines, regulations and laws
* Performs all other related duties as required

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree (Or Equivalent Professional Experience) in an Engineering Discipline (Electrical & Electronics Engineering would be an advantage)
* Strong working knowledge in maintaining & servicing power generation equipment, generators, uninterruptible power supplies
* Prior management experience a requirement, leading a team of 10 to 15 engineers and technicians of varying experience and competencies
