Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese MNC with pioneering members of exclusive privileged services club developed to enrich the lives of members across the globe.
The Role:
* Maintain CRM
* Reporting and correspond with partners and agencies
* Coordinate with in-house other departments
* Tabulate membership fees and commission reports for Finance Department
* Attend to members and clients
The Responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries and transactions via multi-channels promptly and efficiently
* Monitor payment status and take proactive approach in following up
* Record all communication transpired into the CRM system promptly
* Record all activities and enquiries for statistics collation
* Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor or Section Head
* Works collaboratively and in a positive manner with others
* Prepares timely and accurate documentation and reports
The Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to prioritize and complete duties in a timely and organized manner
* Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards
