Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top global chemical companies. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their office in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

Finance Accounting & Management

* Accounting Management
* Cash Flow Management
* Month end processing and reporting (local & Corporate HQ)
* Check Finance executive transaction postings
* Variance analysis
* Receivable review, credit management, credit system maintenance
* Withholding tax computation, preparation and submission
* Preparation of Budgets and Forecast (4 exercises per year)
* Liaise with Auditors, Tax Consultants and Corp. Sec on company's matters.
* Check & maintenance of fixed assets register.
* Monthly Quick Reporting for total Sales
* Bank Payment Authorization
* AX master data maintenance - monthly (to ensure no essential data is missing that will lead to error reporting)
* Check - (Inventory) new products input into system,
* Check - (AR/AP) new customers and vendors additions, changes and terms.
* Check - Allocation data

Personnel Administration

* Payroll administration
* Preparation of staff employment contracts
* Maintenance of Employee Handbook and put up increment review of support staff
* Expatriates Employment Pass co-ordination.
* Expatriates' housing administration

Office Administration

* General office administration
* Data security & server management
* Safe Management Officer responsibilities

The Requirements:

* Degree in Accountancy or Finance
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in similar capacity/role
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Hands-on, detailed and proactive with ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
* Responsible and trustworthy personality
* Immediately available candidates would have an added advantage
