Our Client:
Our client is a successful venture capital firm investing in startups across the world.
The Responsibilities:
* Liaise with third parties such as Fund Administrators, Corporate Secretary, Auditors, tax advisors and lawyers for the proper functioning of the fund.
* Review quarterly fund accounts & capital account statements
* Review and maintenance of investment documents and schedules
* Review GST and GST remission working
* Review tax filings prepared by tax advisors in various jurisdictions
* Review invoices and ensure timely payment of expenses
* Review board resolutions, schedule board meetings, AGM, EGM
* Assist with answering enquiries from fund administrators, auditors, investors, employees
The Requirements:
* At least 4 years of relevant experience
* Meticulous & diligent. Aspire to provide high quality work under pressure
* Good communication skills & ability to articulate his/her thoughts to stakeholders of different backgrounds.
* Good industry knowledge and multi-tasking capability is ideal since the person will deal with various aspects of operations on a day-to-day basis
* Strong fund accounting fundamentals
