Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a top-tier Japanese full-service advertisement agency and one of the Top 10 marketing organization globally.

The Responsibilities:

* 40% HR work and 60% Office Management work.
* Report to South East Asia CEO to understand business needs and challenges
* Work closely with South East Asia Finance Director for talent and office compliance
* Being a window in between Malaysia and Indonesia office - liaise with HR consultant and Admin assistant
* Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies and benefits for employees
* Implement and conduct performance management exercise that includes performance appraisal, annual increment, etc
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management, office management and office regulations working under COVIT pre and post
* Provide general support like agreement, office equipment & supplies and other duties assigned

The Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field
* At least 5 years of relevant HR, Admin and Office management experience
* Familiar with Employment Act, Singapore Labour Laws and Legislations
* Knowledge and experience in payroll and IT
* Knowledge of advertisement industry is an advantage
* Strong collaboration and positive working attitude
