Our Client:

Our client is a prestigious and stable facilities management services company. This is an urgent position based in the East. The ACMV engineer will be reporting to the Facilities Manager.

The Responsibilities:

As an ACMV Engineer, your key responsibilities include:

* Implement all maintenance checklist and programs as per schedule
* Provide solutions and recommendation on technical inspection for rectification work
* Provide technical support to Facilities Manager on any inquires surfaced by the Owner
* Ensure the indoor room temperature are within acceptable limit
* Formulate and implement plans to increase energy conservation and efficiency
* Ensure that all requests and inquires from Owner are addressed with and managed well.
* Perform routine check on all ACMV system
* Work closely with contractors on any rectification and ad-hoc works
* Prepare all technical reports and recommendation proposal for breakdown

The Requirements:

To qualify for the position of ACMV Engineer, you are required to:

* Graduate with a minimum Degree majoring in Engineering or its equivalent
* Excellent communicator with a "can-do" personality
* Practice good adherence to safety processes
* Willing to work on 5.5 days' work week arrangement
