About Our Client And The Role:
Our client is a world leader in technology products, including one of the largest search engines. They are looking to hire a strategy & operations manager to join their regional team located in Singapore. The core functions of this role will include strategic planning and analysis, facilitate operational efficiency and performance improvement.
The Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for operational planning, supporting internal communications regionally such eDMs, newsletters, other media
* Work with various country teams & regional leads to ensure that all mission & objectives are well-measured, aligned and consistently reviewed
* Engage & educate regional stakeholders internally on the planning & strategy of the team
* Help to support overall operational efficiency within the team & support all the different parts of the team to ensure alignment with the long term strategy goals of the business
* Help planning meeting agendas, support in 2021 strategy planning by getting input from APAC
* Support in handling all the ongoing projects, help in budgeting & analysis for the team across APAC and provide recommendations to team leaders
* Support in communicating & managing the Strategy & operations initiatives by aligning regional teams to global standards, resources planning and overseeing hiring pipelines for the team
The Requirements:
* Degree holder (minimum bachelor's degree) in any field (marketing, business, corporate strategy preferred)
* Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in management consulting/consulting, corporate strategy or marketing strategy roles
* Experience working with the tech or internet industry, telco or media industry is a plus
* Exposure working on regional projects is an added bonus
* Strong communication skills, project management skills & operational efficiency
* Quantitative analysis, problem solving & attention to detail
