Job Description:

This role will report to the APAC CEO of the company. The Sales Director role is responsible for Asia Pacific projects and activities. This position will need to collaborate extensively throughout this market.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Engage, understand, and develop clients' needs/leads into qualified business opportunity.

* Creating, building, and maintaining customers base and always be in position to create value to solve their clients' needs.

* Hunting & farming role. You will be responsible in driving as many opportunities as possible across the region (through new product introduction, up-selling, and others).

* Leading the effort in implementing economic value selling throughout clients' organization

* Managing and driving strategic partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.

* Relationship management with all business partners, including but not limited to visiting and developing cooperation relationship.

* Managing a solid client pipeline management to deliver results with manageable forecast

* Working along with the team to secure deals/tenders throughout all stages of its lifecycle.

* Managing a reliable relationship with solid communication skills, throughout clients' organization, in making things happen.

* Proposing, implementing, and contributing on improvement actions. Proactive with all the existing and potential partners regarding the most appropriate and competitive system design, application, products' selections, listing and offer/tender preparation (matching specifications/requirements).

* Leading the company efforts with sales-oriented product presentations which includes technical submittals as well as site visits

* Analyzing in depth the major competitors' offers and solutions.

* Periodic assessment and business reporting for the company leaders.

The Successful Applicant

We invite an experienced Sales & Business Development individual to join this firm. To be successful you must come with:

* 10+ years of regional sales leader experience.

* Good industry experience, preferably within IoT domain. Familiar working on APAC IoT deals.

* Track record working with an organized and structured firm, preferably from MNC.

* Strong builder of business from ground zero till close "Hunter" attitude

* Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the colleagues in APAC, Europe and all the clients.

* Proactive, innovative, accountable with excellent relationship characteristics, is a problem solver able to generate added value to the local structure.

* Good planning and organization skills.

* Demonstrated ability to build relationships with large enterprise C-Suite e.g. Chairman, CEO not limited to CIO and CTO

* Willingness to travel throughout APAC, when permitted & feasible and subject to prevailing guidelines and regulations.

* Excellent creativity, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
