About Our Client:
Our client, a leading medical device company and a global market leader for their blood glucose monitoring systems, is currently on a looking out to hire the right talent to join them in their ever-expanding business as HR Operations & Administrative Executive (6 months contract). The incumbent will be working closely with all internal and external stakeholders and will be a strong team player for the HR department.
The Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support all recruitment activities
* On-boarding process and updating of staff movement in HRIS system
* HR administration in leave management, employee P-file management
* Payroll management and processing - reviewing & checking of payroll information
* Ensure accuracy of payroll instructions
* Liaise and works closely with payroll vendor
* Other HR administrative duties as assigned
The Requirements:
* Meticulous and eye-for-detail
* Prior 2-3 related experience in HR is preferred
* Knowledge in Workday HRIS system is a plus
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Working Location: Kallang Avenue (Nearest MRT Station: Lavender)
