Sales Account Manager - Global Enterprise Software Firm

About our client:

Our client is a well-established enterprise software firm globally, with total headcount of more than 15,000. They are working on exciting cloud business applications and with established customer based. They provide critical solutions ranging to their vast clients on ERP, CRM, HCM and others. At the moment they are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join them.

Job Description:

This role is reporting to the Sales Director and you will be responsible for generating revenue of the business unit. Part of your responsibility is to meet the targeted revenue, generating efficiency in revenue-making activities through various channels (direct & channel), and generating solid-predictable pipeline for the business unit. Your main responsibilities will include, and not limited to:

* Manage and excel your sales budget at your designated territory

* Excel the assigned annual revenue quota

* Generating revenue from existing and new customers; directly or through various channels

* Managing, collaborating, nurturing, and fostering healthy business relationship with all partners to generate deals

* Creating, developing, and executing the annual plan/strategy to drive sales through various channels

* Responsible in producing sales report and generating accurate pipeline forecast.

* Managing customer relationship (new and existing), and handling their request/complaint proactively

* Communicating and sharing expertise in a consultative manner for all customers.

* Establish contacts and building positive relationships/networks with senior level decision makers of the relevant Industry/ accounts and its environment.

The Successful Applicant

We invite an experienced Sales Account professional to join this dynamic firm, with a keen eye for improvement and making impact regionally. To be successful you must come with:

* Ability to be upfront, straight forward, and grit personality to drive team members.

* Has relevant experiences in selling application software in the area of ERP, Supply Chain Management, and BI

* Ability to manage communication with customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded.

* Minimum 5-8 years of solid successful track record of sales / direct sales / channel sales experience in the related industry/ markets

* Strong eye in identifying gaps and push out solutions to close identified process gaps.

* Proactive personality and attitude when collaborating. Managing the implemented systems to ensure business processes are continuously met

* Able to drive strategy implementation as well as changes, maintain cohesive team collaboration, and positive social communicator.

* An entrepreneurial spirit that is flexible, experimental, and resourceful

* Modern, energetic, self-starter, display initiative and proposes pragmatic new ideas / approaches
