Our Client:

Our client is a premier developer with diverse properties portfolio listed within its REIT division. Due to the company business expansion plan, our client is looking to hire an experienced General Manager, Asset Management professional with proven track record in improving the retail portfolio performance. This role will report to the Head of Investment and Asset Management.

The Responsibilities:

As a General Manager, Asset Management, your responsibilities include:

* Formulations of asset repositioning strategies
* Develop road map to drive implementation of asset strategies by working with intra-department teams
* Provide direction in retail and budget feasibilities for asset rejuvenation projects or AEI projects
* Provide input on potential future acquisitions and divestment within the company
* Prepare management reporting and annual asset valuation report
* Keep abreast on the latest best practices and market trend within retail sector

The Requirements:

To qualify for this General Manager, Asset Management, you must:

* Possess a recognized Degree in Real Estate or its equivalent
* Worked on similar functions preferably within the Retail Real Estate sector for a minimum 12 years
* Experienced leader who have led managers and executive in the recent 3 years of employment
* Strong in conflict resolution, objective in thinking and strong in stakeholder partnership
