Our Client:
We are currently hiring for an Account Manager with our client leading Multinational Tech company which specializes in internet -related services and products. They have a big presence globally and have a high-performance & dynamic culture.
The Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong 1:1 relationships with merchants and team members to understand their priorities and manage expectations
* Strategic discussions with the merchants' key decision makers to design and implement plans for Shopping optimization and growth
* Develop a deep comprehension of Shopping Ads product
* Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for your merchants
* Extend support to more merchants through troubleshooting and optimizations; Redirect clients to the right channel/resources where suitable upon request
* Grow the business through onboarding high potential leads across the board (EMEA/ APAC/ AMER), and leading scaled outreach to merchants based in China/APAC for their Shopping Ads towards the European Economic Area + Switzerland
The Requirements:
* BA degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in Client service/account management
* Ability to speak and write Mandarin since the candidate needs to liaise with Native China and Taiwan clients and stakeholders from China and Taiwan market
* Should have good analytical skills and well versed with Excel, Data studio
* Should be familiar with shopping Ads in Europe market or have an interest in the same
