Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading pharmaceutical companies (HQ in Japan). They have more than 5,000 employees and has grown into a company that can deliver their products to people in more than 80 countries around the world Their Singapore office is looking for a Compliance and Office management Executive.

The Responsibilities:

* Implement essential elements of Compliance and Privacy program
* Establish local Compliance and Privacy SOPs based on Group Global Policies and guidelines, applicable laws and regulations (including the industry code)
* Revise local Compliance and Privacy policies and SOPs on a timely basis
* Provide regular trainings to relevant functions on Group Global Policies and local SOPs, and ensure completion of group Compliance and Privacy training program
* Perform Compliance risk-assessment, develop and implement a Compliance and Privacy monitoring plan.
* Regularly inform local management team about Compliance and Privacy monitoring results and ensure adequate remediation
* Lead Compliance committee and ensure regular meetings as a key body for Compliance risk assessment and mitigation
* Ensure implementation of Compliance and Privacy policies on Third Party Risk Management (including Due Diligence)
* Establish and operate an employee hotline reporting desk (i.e. promote the hotline, supervise/conduct investigations, and oversee corrective measures).
* Act as a Compliance and Privacy advisor for affiliate's leadership team and business units regarding Compliance and Privacy risks and issues
* Provide guidance to the business functions regarding the Compliance and Privacy policies etc.
* Ensure that all activities with HCPs/HCOs/GOs are submitted and reviewed
* Support initiatives of Global Compliance and Global Privacy Office.
* IT Compliance/ IT security/ IT support and co-ordinate with Japan HQ

The Requirements:

* Proven ability to effectively build lasting relationships by demonstrating strong interpersonal and influencing skills throughout all levels of the organization
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
* BA or BS Degree or equivalent practical experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Bahasa Malay speaking candidate is preferred as the role will be required to liaise with regulations in Malaysia.
