Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top 3 developer in Asia, In lieu of recent staff movement, we are currently looking for a Senior Property Executive to manage an award winning retail development property in CBD area.

The Responsibilities:

* To support the Property Manager to ensure effective operation and maintenance of the development
* To coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance / replacement works to ensure the mall operates as a safe environment as well as performing at optimum level
* To prepare annual budget, manage and administer contracts/ operations license agreement and supervise expense for the operational needs of the development
* To assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the development
* To manage and execute the procurement of all maintenance contracts in the development
* To lead the technicians as well as the various vendors to maintain professional standards and achieve excellent results on day-to-day operations

The Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
* Experience in property management or facility management in shopping mall or retail environment will be an added advantage
* Exhibit strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
* Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
* This will be a contractual employment of 1 year before consideration for extension of contracts or consideration to convert to permanent based hiring
