Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top semiconductor manufacturing companies globally. They are expanding the team and looking for a HR/Admin Manager.

The Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Recruitment, compensation and benefits administration including developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
* Manage Singapore payroll process and reporting, Leave management and human resource information system, ensure data accuracy and processes are efficient and timely executed, and review regularly for enhancements.
* Nurture a positive working environment
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
* Assis in Corporate Social Responsibility work, and ensure a safe work environment.
* Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and issuances
* Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
* Source, recommend and evaluate training vendors
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
* Support company administrative operations.
* Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

The Requirements:

* Degree in Human Resources / Business Studies
* Minimum 5 years of work experience, with a minimum of 3 years at a managerial capacity.
* Prior work experiences in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
* Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices
* Driven, Energetic and self-starting.
* Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
* Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently
* Positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
* Multitask in a fast-paced environment
