Our client is one of the leading Japanese real estate company. They await candidates that are willing to cultivate mutual understanding between people from various nationalities, and solidify foundations around the world while blending in with the local community. Their Singapore office is looking for a Sales Person.
The Responsibilities:
* Responsible for real estate leasing sales for Japanese companies in Singapore
* Their business targets are:
1 Local / Japanese staff in the Human Resources Department / General Affairs Department that supports employees who want to rent real estate
2 Those who want to rent real estate (mainly Japanese expatriate families)
3 Real estate owners (mainly Singaporeans)
* Customer support with Japanese sales
* Office real estate agent
* Planning and execution of new related businesses
The Requirements:
* 1-2 years Sales experience
* Possess CEA License (Council for Estate Agencies)
* Possess a valid driving license
