A global MNC with diverse pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare portfolio, our client has an immediate requirement for a driven and result-oriented Product Manager to join them and play an integral part in their Singapore marketing team.
Job Description
Reporting to Marketing Director, you will develop annual brand plans including marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion, and ensure their execution to drive growth for assigned products. You will drive brand growth and align the marketing tactics, forecast product requirements, identify supply issues and develop contingency plans, and achieve forecast accuracy and NPI KPI targets. You will assess market viability of product portfolio, direct development of new products, new marketing techniques and promotional campaigns. You will develop, implement and update product training to sales team, coordinate and direct the activities of the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
The successful candidate is degree qualified in Science or Business with 3 to 5 years product marketing experience in pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare MNCs. You must have demonstrated experience in developing product launch strategies leveraging on both B2C marketing and HCP marketing channels to achieving sales, profit and greater market shares of your portfolio. Preference will be given to those with ethical marketing background and have product-launch experience. Having worked in demanding and cross-cultural environments, you must be driven, a team player and possess strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
