Our client is an ICT solutions company and is actively looking for a Presales Consultant to provide consultation, solutions, and product knowledge to support the sales team.
The Responsibilities:
• Identify customer business and technical requirements to generate sales opportunities
• Responsible to propose and design solutions to maximize customer investment and satisfaction
• Ensure the most suitable solutions involving up-to-date products and services are able to address customers’ needs
• Work closely with business partners and post sales team
• Continue to provide good service to both new and existing customers
Requirements
The Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree
• Related qualification in networking and security
• Experience in network & security solutions
• Good knowledge of e.g. EDR, SEIM, DLP, Cloud security and security products (such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cato, CrowdStrike
• Experience in Presales
• With strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
