Seasoned HR professional focusing on Acquiring top talent

The Responsibilities: 
・Work closely with management and employees to improve & align strategy to business strategy
・Acts as a change agent through process design and approaches that support change and transformation
・Provides day-to-day coaching, counselling and guidance to management on a variety of actions
・Execute supply and demand analysis on current and future performance management cycle and talent acquisition strategies
・Handle staff grievances or disciplinary issues
・End-to-end recruitment activities for the Company

Requirements

The Requirements:
・Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
・At least 5 years' experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
・Good knowledge in HR matters such as policies and employment laws
・Meticulous with an eye for details
・Proficient in Microsoft Office application
