The Responsibilities:
・Manage the whole leadership training process from registration to evaluation
・Plan, design and develop learning road maps for continuous learning opportunities
・Provide training and budget reports, including collation and analysis of training feedback
・Support and advise the APAC offices (Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam) on HR and Administration matters
・Implement HR and Administration initiatives
Requirements
The Requirements:
・Minimum Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
・At least 3 to 5 years’ working experience in the HR Generalist role, looking to specialize in the Learning & Development function
・Strong understanding of effective learning methodologies and tools for instructional design, learning evaluation, etc.
・Smooth communication & presentation skills
・Great analytical and critical thinking ability with a proactive attitude

Location: Southwest, Singapore
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
