The Responsibilities:
・Overseeing business process, determining areas for improvement, and implementing solutions Gathering and Documenting requirements and conducting analysis
・To develop Business optimization strategies
The Requirements:
・Documenting and communicating across cross-functional teams including technical team
・Create comprehensive Test Scenarios based on requirements and Performing UAT Facilitating between stakeholders, technical team, and users
・Monitoring timely completion of project milestones and activities
・Able to apply change management approach and methodology throughout the project, including preparation of related documentation, and reports
