Job Description

Our Client:
A Japanese consulting firm is currently seeking a Senior Consultant as a Business Analyst on FX/funding transfer to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
・Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of IT department in the client organization
・Analyse workload of each project and task
・Adjust master schedule of each project
・Gather Business Requirement from business users and draft relevant documents (e.g. Business Requirement Definition doc, workflows) and corporate with business user to complete the documents
・Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department, the template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc.) and the project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
・Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal for further improvement, etc.)

Requirements

The Requirements:
・Over 3 years of Business Analyst experience
・Over 2 years of Business Requirement gathering & definition experience related to Financial Industry
・Work experience in a Consulting Firm & Financial Industry
・Documentation experience in project management context (PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills are required)
・Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) (e.g. ITIL)
・Proficiency in Japanese language (Business level) is required to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders
・With client-facing experience is highly advantageous
