Job Description

We are currently looking for a Regional IT Governance Officer to:

Assistant of BRM for seven job roles for IT governance management in APAC regional support.

1. IT Strategy: Coordinate with APAC companies and Japan HQ to plan, implement, and support execution of yearly/mid-term IT plan
2. IT Risk management: Coordinate with APAC companies and Japan HQ to plan, implement, and support execution of Information Security plan, J-SOX, ITCLC.
3. IT Architecture: Coordinate with APAC companies and Japan HQ to set APAC regional IT architecture standards, guidelines, and services.
4. IT Project: Coordinate with APAC companies and Japan HQ to standardize IT project management framework and establish IT portfolio management.
5. IT Investment: Coordinate with APAC companies and Japan HQ to control IT expense survey, IT budgeting, and procurement guideline.
6. IT Organization: Coordinate with APAC companies and Japan HQ to establish a regional IT organization plan and staff competency improvement plan.
7. And any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

1. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in relevant field
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking skills
5. Self-driven team player to perform multi-tasks.
6. Able to deliver results under pressures
7. Knowledge and skill sets of COBIT framework or equivalent general governance framework
8. Documentation skill to use Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
9. Analytical and logical thinking
10. Skill set of planning/monitoring activity
11. Customer Oriented
