Job Description

We are currently looking for a Corporate Secretarial to:

• Handle routine and general company secretarial duties including incorporation, registration and administration and statutory compliance of both local and regional entities for the group.
• Work with a team of corporate lawyers to provide support in transaction and project work.
• Maintain internal corporate records and database.
• Prepare statutory forms, draft minutes, resolutions and correspondence.
• Liaise with external service providers regionally and internal business units across Asia Pacific.
• Keeping up to date with changes to statutory compliance in the region.
• Draft and review routine legal contracts and documents.
• Manage and maintain contracts database.
• Prepare training material on various legal topics.
• Provide support on legal projects.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and assignments.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

• Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Prior relevant experience, whether in house or with a professional services firm.
• Holder of ICSA certification or currently pursuing ICSA course are welcomed to apply.
• Detail oriented, organized and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
