Our client is a provides information technology (IT) services in Japan and internationally.
We are currently looking for a System Management Specialist to:
* Ability to solve problems based on existing documents and past inquiry log.
* Knowledge of application development or maintenance support for Package system.
* General knowledge of banking business such as deposit, cheque, remittance, loan, guarantee, forex, money market, swap, security, etc..) and accounting know-how.
* Ability to recognize priority issues and escalate accordingly to Management and concern person.
* Maintenance or development experiences of T24 Package System.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
*Help Desk Support work for customer's core banking system which is made by T24 Package System.
*Timely update of Help Desk Report (Inquiry log) and distribute it to users in weekly basis
* Attend to Inquiry / Notice of system incidents and perform initial investigations including but not limited to past inquiry log, system procedure and maintenance documents.
*Timely dispatch and escalate to the designated Tier 2 Support.
*To keep track of issues and to bridge communications between users / system operators and maintenance members in Japan.
