Job Description
* Lead the data piping/engineering actibities in potential IoT and data science projects
* Set up and manage data technologies, platforms
* Conduct ETL / ELT routines from various databases and sources; and to create aggregates (front end to databases, sources, etc)
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the process through testing and validation
* Maintain specifications and metadata, create proper documentation
* Work with governance teams on Ensure proper data governance and quality
* Conduct ad-hoc data analysis for troubleshooting and suggest solutions
Requirements
*5-10 years of working experience in Data Integration, experience with enterprise systems (SAP, etc) is preferred
*At least a graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field
*You have worked with a variety of database and information systems
*Good experience in data modelling, database design and development in a range of databases and data management tools
*Good experience in building stream-processing systems, using solutions such as Spark Streaming
*Working experience in XML, JSON, YMAL, APIs
*Good working knowledge on cloud technologies, experience in Auzure Data Factory, AWS Data Pipeline, AWS Glue, Informatica ETL, Data Adapters and In-Memory Cache
*Experience in PostgreSQL, Hbase, Cassandra or MongoDB etc
*Proficiency in distributed computing principles
