Our Client:
Our client is a world leader in manufacturing cranes, lifting and material handling equipment.
The Responsibilities:
* Processing of distributor's work orders and provide technical advice
* Perform on-site troubleshooting and servicing
* Tabulate spare parts and kits list of required equipment
* Coordinate the delivery of spare parts and equipment especially for urgent requests
The Requirements:
* Minimum of Diploma in Mechatronics Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* At least 3 years of working experience as a Service Engineer in heavy machinery (cranes) business
* Hands-on experience in servicing and troubleshooting of both hydraulic and electrical systems.
* Able to travel within Southeast Asia; Can work on irregular work hours during overseas assignments as needed
* Above-average communication, coordination and customer service skills
