Our Client:
Our client is a market leader of its industry, with APAC presence is looking to hire HR Administrator (Regional) to join their organization.
The Role:
* You will need to have relevant experience to carry out HR projects and processes for the organization specifically working directly with HR team in various countries.
* You will work directly and report under the HR Head
* You will work track and maintain HR Data, coordinate an ensure SOPS are followed and documents are in good order for appropriate approval and endorsements from top management
* Assist and summarize all HR policies, track benefits plans, including health care, retirement, workers compensation etc and implementation of processes for all countries.
* Work closely with other internal HR teams to ensure data is updated in timely fashion
* Ensure all HR Issues which are escalated to the Management by the regional HR team are properly follow through Audit , review and assist to organization , maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
* Prepare management reports and consolidate information from the regional HR team whenever required
* To support any ad hoc projects as per assigned
The Qualifications:
* To qualify for this role, Post graduate or Diploma or Degree in HR or related field with preferably 2 years of relevant HR work
* Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply preferably with any related studies in Business / HR disciplines
* Ability to work in a positive and personable demeanour
* Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed
