Our Client:
Our client, a US MNC, with APAC regional office based in Singapore is seeking the right talent to join them as a HR Operations Coordinator, APAC (contract) in their dynamic organisation.
You will be providing impeccable HR and administrative support to a team of managers and staff across APAC locations. This role will report up to the HR Operations Manager, APAC
The Responsibilities:
* Workday (HRIS) Administration including new joiner hiring, check out processing, position management and supervisory org management
* Employee Contracts administration
* Employment Administration
The Requirements:
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* 2+ Years relevant HR experience, with preference of prior HR operations experience
* Experience in international working environment through virtual conferencing
* Ability to manage competing demands while adaptable and agile
* Detail and process oriented with a strong drive for excellence
* Proficiency in Workday, Excel
* Experience with iOS/Google G Suite is preferred
* An interest in travel is a plus!
