Our Client:
Our Client, a listed company in the real estate industry is looking for an experienced investments professional with end to end M&A exposure mainly in the infrastructure power and energy sector.
The Role:
* Plan and and implement the investment strategy for the fund
* Responsible for the entire investment lifecycle
* Build an maintain relationships with all stakeholders internal and external
* Provide perodic asset management reports
* Ensure compliance to the company's investment mandates
* Ad-hoc projects
The Requirements:
* Strong Degree in Accountancy or similar related field
* Prior relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance in similar or relevant markets
* Hands- on with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong financial modelling experience
