Roles & Responsibilities
-Provide technical expertise in Application & Infrastructure support topics
-Provide 1st and / or 2nd level support to Singapore Cooperative Office and Retail Stores
* Troubleshoot, repair and configure hardware and software systems
* Perform updates of operating system and firmware to the required hardware
* To assist the IT Supervisor in all IT related duties and activities
* Support Build & Run of Retail Stores
* Work with outsource vendor for infrastructure and network support
* Accessibility after working hours for support on critical issues
- Ensuring IT Business critical application services does not disrupt our core business
* Assist in training and induction for new staffs on the usage of company's Applications
* Develop and maintain IT support standards and procedures and other documentation as required.
* Proactively identify problem trends and known error conditions and work towards a permanent solution.
Qualifications
* Bachelors' degree / Diploma in IT with minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
* Experience in IT Helpdesk and desktop technology support operations, including troubleshooting and supporting computer applications and operation systems
* Good Problem solving and judgement skills
* Possess customer service oriented skills
* Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deliverables
* Good planning and administrative skills
