About Our Client:
Our client, a leading internet platform provider in South East Asia, is currently inviting experienced administrator to join their legal and compliance team in Singapore. The incumbent will be providing administrative support to both the local and regional team.
The Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain database of documents and agreements
* Conducting check on internal process and documents, filing and data-entry
* Assist in managing administrative duties related to internal compliance and control / legal maters
* Work closely with both local and overseas counterparts on compliance administrative related matters
* Other duties as assigned
The Requirements:
* Degree with at least 2 to 4 years of admin experience in the banking / education industry
* Ability to handle high volume documentation
* Meticulous, independent and ability to multi-task
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Location: Buona Vista area
