Our client is a top-tier Japanese full-service advertisement agency and one of the Top 10 marketing organization globally.
The Responsibilities:
Our client is currently looking for a Finance Director to:
* Oversee commercial results and leadership with SEA CEO for growth strategy execution
* Responsible for achievement of agency PL with SEA CEO
* Manages Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia and new markets within the group
* Oversee overall culture direction and organization support for Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia
* Processing work done in Shared Service Center in Malaysia, work closely with SSC Director on processes
* Strong Knowledge or ERP and ability to self-motivate to handle Management information system relating to increasing productivity of agency
* Have strong understanding of local Singapore business, HR, Financial and statutory rules and claims
The Requirements:
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
* Min CPA holder. With MBA is an advantage
* Have led senior management position role, APAC/SEA regional roles
* Familiar with Singapore business statutory financial and operations rule
* Must be a commercial savvy and good communication and writing skills, need to make presentation of Agency
* Advertising marketing experiences essential
* More than 15 years related experience of which more than 5 years should be in advertising
* Strong negotiation skills
* Strong leadership role and hands on to guide and make effective solutions
* Charismatic and passionate about changes, advertising, people and transformative
* Audit or MNC experience will be an advantage
