Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a global energy trading company expanding their business present in the market. In Singapore office, they mainly carry out the short-term procurement activities for the supply into the domestic users.

The Responsibilities:

* Drive the company's long-term strategic planning and development
* Identifies profitability of potential mergers and acquisitions by analyzing tax information; calculating key ratios; identifying areas of tax savings.
* Drive the company's financial planning and provide related ongoing advice to the CEO and senior leadership
* Support necessary reporting and board of director deliverables, including financial aspects of board meeting materials
* Lead the team to ensure timely consolidated financial reports across operating businesses including monthly and quarterly reports, quarterly forecasts, financial planning and analyses as well as build a strategic structure and cadence for financial planning and review
* Lead the team to compile with tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings.
* Lead the team to work with Korean holding company about transfer price scheme in the relevant market.
* Develop, implement and review efficient and effective accounting and financial processes
* Lead the team to maintain relationship with banks and Manages credit Line and debt scheduling and forecasts cash
* Analyzing the financial condition and preparing a report to the Korean holding company
* Co-work with Korean holding company about the Strategic Planning / Financial / Tax /HR matters.

The Requirements:

* Proficiency in Korean language required to liaise with Native Korean counterparts in their South Korea Head Quarters
* Master's Degree on Economics / Management or equivalent
* At least 13 years of experiences with at relevant position
* Working experiences in a Korean company is preferred
* Working experiences in an Energy company is preferred
