They are currently looking for a Network Engineer to handle:
* To proactively manage and monitor network performance on customers' network to meet customers' Service Level expectations
* To systematically analyse and diagnose network faults
* Conduct root cause analysis on network fault
* Communicate and effectively manage service providers and equipment vendors and meeting them.
* To articulate well with customer's technical and management staff on network issues (eg. Fault reporting, notification and escalation)
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma with 2 years of network maintenance experience in any industry.
* SAP or Firewall knowledge would be an advantage.
* Meticulous person with good interpersonal skills and team skills is fine.
